Key Duties:

· Responsibilities vary with each role and experience level, from identifying and qualifying prospective clients to finalizing deals via in-home presentations.

· Participate in ongoing learning and skill enhancement to refine your sales and customer service expertise.

Desired Qualifications:

· Background in direct sales or a similar field preferred, including but not limited to solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or home security systems.

· Exceptional communication abilities.

· High motivation, positive outlook, and strong attention to detail.

· Familiarity with commission-based pay structures.

· Proficiency in CRM software and general tech-savviness are advantageous.

· A keen interest in advancing within a dynamic sector.

· A knack for fostering enduring customer relationships.

Position Requirements:
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle.
• Driver’s License and Insurance: Valid driver’s license and current car insurance are necessary.

Physical Job Requirements:
• Ability to Drive Short to Medium Distances (Generally less than 50 miles): Must be able to drive to and from the market or designated selling location, potentially for long periods.
• Walking and Standing: Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, often 4-8 hours a day while canvassing neighborhoods and knocking on doors.
• Climbing Front Steps or Using Ramps: Ability to climb front steps or use ramps at customer homes, as some houses may have different entryways.
• Carrying Sales Materials (less than 10 pounds): Ability to carry sales materials, or promotional items while walking or traveling.
• Navigating Different Terrain: Ability to walk on various surfaces (e.g., pavement, grass, gravel) in all weather conditions while maintaining balance and footing.
• Use of Technology: Comfortable using a mobile device, tablet, or other technology to log customer information, manage schedules, or access sales tools while on the move.
• Endurance: Ability to work for 4-8 hours per day, maintaining energy levels for a full shift, even in potentially varying weather conditions.
