Pay: $1,200 - $2,400+ (uncapped, paid biweekly)
Key Points (PLEASE READ)
• $5,000 New Hire Performance Bonus (+uncapped commissions always)
• Regular, qualified appointments scheduled for you by Energy Company
• Self-generating of sales is required in addition to selling set appointments
• Flexible schedule with no micromanagement as long as requirements are met
• Ability to travel to set appointments required regularly
• Ownership and access to functioning cellular and computer devices required

Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and driven Solar Sales Consultants to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled energy consultations set by our marketing team while also generating your own leads through self-sourcing, networking, and referrals. You will conduct in-home and virtual consultations, educating homeowners on solar energy solutions and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar. Responsibilities
• Attend pre-scheduled energy consultations set by our marketing team.
• Generate additional leads through self-sourcing, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
• Assess customer energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
• Guide customers through all financing and contract requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and policy changes affecting solar incentives and marketability.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular sales reports.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Qualifications
• Sales experience required (in-home sales experience is a plus).
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to generate and manage leads independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial and technical information in a simple way.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, in-home consultations, or virtual meetings.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a computer or laptop for CRM access, scheduling, and virtual presentations.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed to achieve sales targets and meet business demands.
