Responsibilities for the Solar Sales Energy Consultant:
• Represent Radix Solar with professionalism, increasing awareness of solar energy and becoming a subject matter expert.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects a high-quality experience.
• Achieve or surpass both individual and team sales goals.
• Engage in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your leadership abilities.
• Responsibilities vary depending on the role, including tasks such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals through an in-home sales process.
• Provide outstanding customer service by proactively managing client accounts.

Qualifications for the Solar Sales Energy Consultant:
• Strong communication abilities
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Coachable and self-motivated
• Capable of working under pressure to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Resourceful, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays when required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
