Full job description

Job Overview:
• Conduct in-home, customer-facing sales presentations to promote our solar products and services.
• Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, addressing their questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to closure.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas by effectively utilizing sales techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize sales processes and enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:
• No prior experience is required; however, at least a year in the solar advisory industry is preferred.

Pay: upwards of $300,000 annually for the average advisor.
