Denken Solutions Inc is seeking a full-time Solar Project Technical Advisor with expertise in solar PV systems and energy storage. The role involves providing technical support, reviewing electrical drawings, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates can work from anywhere in Mexico, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. No specific degree is required, and the salary ranges from MX$20K to MX$22K per month.

Currently, we are looking for a Solar Project Technical Advisor to join us full-time as a Prestador de Servicios (Tax Official Invoice) with hands-on experience in solar PV systems, battery energy storage, and hybrid/grid-tied configurations. You will work directly with customers select equipment and review electrical drawings to make sure that the quality is high. The ideal candidate can be located at any location in Mexico.

Solar Project Technical Advisor

Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Tax Official Invoice)

Time Zone: EST

Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams regarding product selection, system sizing, and compatibility of solar, battery, hybrid, and grid-tied solutions.
• Review and validate electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts to ensure technical soundness, code compliance, and optimal performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for residential, commercial, and off-grid solar + storage systems, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, charge controllers, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with project engineers, system designers, and installers to troubleshoot design challenges and recommend solutions.
• Stay up to date with evolving technologies, safety codes (NEC, UL, IEC), and utility interconnection requirements.
• Support the development of internal resources such as design templates, equipment guides, and technical checklists.
• Assist with technical training sessions for staff, partners, or customers as needed.

Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of system integration including hybrid inverters, battery storage systems, charge controllers, and AC/DC coupling strategies. Proficient in reading and reviewing electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout drawings.
• Familiarity with key industry tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, and manufacturer-specific design platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with both on-grid and off-grid applications, including microgrids or remote power systems.
