Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial solar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal staff members and installation crews, communicating with clients and engineers, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. A strong background in project management and renewable energy is essential.

Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules

- Coordinate with Internal teams and building owners to ensure seamless project execution

- Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain quality and safety standards

- Manage procurement of equipment and materials

-Ensure all projects meet regulatory compliance

-Enforce Solos Energy policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy

- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial solar energy systems

-Proven ability to manage a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

-Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving abstract

-Journeyperson electrician ticket or strong electrical knowledge

Assets (preferred but not required):

-Degree or certification in project management

-Previous solar installation experience or solar installation training

- Fall arrest certificate
