Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Solar Project Manager for a prestigious client at the cutting edge of clean energy. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in solar energy, project management, and financial analysis while driving the success of solar projects from development to pre-construction stages. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure each project is technically feasible, financially viable, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
• Take ownership of assigned Solar projects and manage them through multiple stages of development, including Screening, Diligencing, and pre-construction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Lead to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of projects.
• Analyze technical and financial data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights for the project team.
• Manage the capital budget for assigned Solar projects, ensuring it is aligned with project goals and financial objectives.
• Support development and permitting efforts, engage subject matter experts, and troubleshoot issues that arise.
• Contribute to the creation of construction plans, schedules, and financial projections.
• Oversee the execution of commercial contracts and explore opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use a variety of software applications to manage project data and deliverables.
• Communicate with Executive Leadership with the support of the Regional Lead to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
• Perform additional tasks as required to maintain project and group organization, ensuring deliverables are met on time.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills, with the ability to extrapolate trends and indicators.
• Experience in construction, the energy industry, federal permitting, or Solar is a plus.
• Familiarity with software applications such as MS Excel, GIS, NREL SAM, and CAD is a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical systems awareness is preferred.
