Solar Project Manager Salary & Benefits
• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE with OTE
• Car Allowance
• Accommodation & Travel: Covered for business-related travel abroad

Solar Project Manager Job Overview
Our client is a global leader in decentralized renewable energy, providing innovative technologies and full off/on-grid energy solutions tailored for challenging urban and rural environments. With decades of expertise, their installation teams ensure seamless project delivery and long-term maintenance of renewable systems.
They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee their projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a genuine passion for renewable energy.
Key responsibilities include project planning, team management, stakeholder engagement, execution oversight, and ensuring quality, compliance, and financial discipline throughout the project's lifecycle. The role will also require occasional travel abroad to visit sites and meet with business contacts.
Solar Project Manager Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Experience working with solar and wind farm products.
• SSSTS/SMSTS Qualification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Understanding of electrical solar installs (Solar inverters)
• Happy to travel when needed
