Solar Project Manager - Service and Maintenance

Solar Gain, Inc. is seeking a Solar Project Manager for Service and Maintenance in Tucson, AZ. The role blends project management, technical expertise, and leadership skills to optimize the performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems in residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

In addition to managing advanced warranty situations, this role oversees Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, which include researching each system for tasks such as repowering, remediation, removal, or reinstallation. The individual in this position will also effectively monitor projects and present updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
