NCW is hiring a Solar Project Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana, offering a salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year. The role involves overseeing solar energy projects from planning to post-installation, requiring a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of project management experience. Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Pay: 75,000 -90,000K yearly

Schedule: 9-5pm

Employment Type: Direct Hire (Full-time)

Seeking an experienced and highly organized Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing solar installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The Solar Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to commissioning and post-installation support.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Renewable Energy, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful installations and project completions.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Job Tread, Procore) and other relevant tools.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus. NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) certification is highly desirable but not required.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to job sites as needed, locally and out of state.
