Job Description

Trinity Solar is seeking a Solar Project Coordinator in Durham, CT, to oversee solar projects from contract signing to installation. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in customer service. Responsibilities include liaising between teams, monitoring project progress, and participating in meetings. Join our team as a Solar Project Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in overseeing the movement of solar projects from contract signing to successful installation. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both teamwork and independent tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between local and corporate operations, as well as local sales teams.
• Take accountability for achieving goals set by management.
• Monitor the project pipeline and actively collaborate with the Operations Department and Sales Team to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Participate in Sales and Operations Meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Excellent communication skills across various platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in decision making and problem-solving.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working across multiple departments.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Computer literacy in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is preferred.
• Prior experience in the solar industry is a plus.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
