Solar Project Coordinator

Trinity Solar is seeking a Solar Project Coordinator in Durham, CT, to oversee solar projects from contract signing to installation. Join our team as a Solar Project Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in overseeing the movement of solar projects from contract signing to successful installation. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between local and corporate operations, as well as local sales teams.
• Take accountability for achieving goals set by management.
• Monitor the project pipeline and actively collaborate with the Operations Department and Sales Team to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Participate in Sales and Operations Meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Excellent communication skills across various platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in decision making and problem-solving.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working across multiple departments.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Computer literacy in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is preferred.
• Prior experience in the solar industry is a plus.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
