Lifestyle Marketing is hiring a Solar Power Sales Representative in Mechanicsburg, PA. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients, helping them understand the benefits of solar technology, and guiding them through the sales process. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
Duties
Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and community events.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate installation and service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in solar sales or related fields such as energy sales or technical sales.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in door-to-door sales is a plus.
A passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability is essential.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
