Solar Power Project Head

Grinity Intellect is seeking a Solar Power Project Head in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This role involves overseeing all phases of solar projects, including design, construction, and operations. Responsibilities include project management, resource management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring quality and safety standards. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and engineering is required. The position is full-time.
A Solar Project Head in the solar industry oversees all aspects of a solar project, from initial design and planning to construction, commissioning, and potentially operations and maintenance. This role involves managing resources, budgets, schedules, and teams, ensuring the project meets quality standards and regulatory requirements while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities
• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Design and Engineering: Manage the design phase, including technology selection, civil and electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Site Execution: Manage all site activities, including construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Resource Management: Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and other personnel involved in the project.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Safety: Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel involved in the project.
• Operations and Maintenance (potentially): Oversee the ongoing operation and maintenance of the solar plant.
