• *Job Description:

As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial properties. You will work in various outdoor settings, ensuring that solar panels are installed efficiently and effectively to optimize energy production.
• *Key Responsibilities:**

- Install solar panels and systems in accordance with company standards and project specifications.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and safe completion of projects.

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.

- Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of solar systems.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• *Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.

- Previous experience in solar installation is an asset but not required.

- Electrical background or electrician certification is highly beneficial but not mandatory.

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and customer service skills.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
