In this crucial role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing solar photovoltaic (PV) modules on rooftops and other structures, ensuring compliance with site assessments and schematics. Roles & Responsibilities
• Install solar modules according to code and specifications.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure proper orientation, layout, and structural integrity for installations.
• Review designs to confirm current requirements and address any installation or material deficiencies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of installations, including photographs and diagrams, and submit them promptly.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of electrical training or experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to work with hands and tools, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
• Ability to work safely on roofs for extended periods and ascend/descend ladders.
• Safely lift and move weights of 40 to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Consistent and reliable attendance record.
• Must arrange personal transportation to the office or job site, as directed.
