Job Overview
We’re seeking motivated Solar PV Installers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing residential and commercial solar systems, working with cutting-edge technology, and ensuring high safety and quality standards.
• Entry-Level Installers: No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Lead Installers: Must have prior solar installation experience with leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, mount, and secure solar modules, panels, and racking systems.
• Run electrical wiring (DC/AC) and assist with inverter installations.
• Ensure systems meet all safety codes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• For Lead Installers: Supervise crew members, delegate tasks, and communicate with Project Managers.

Qualifications:
• Required:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor.
• Preferred:
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools.
• Prior experience in construction, roofing, or electrical work.
• NABCEP certification (for Lead Installer role).
