Your Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join Enphase as a Field Applications Engineer. You'll work closely with our Sales Organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your technical expertise will be essential in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless product implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver pre-sales installer support and on-site installation of new products
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, including design guides and line diagrams
• Deliver on-site and remote commissioning training and support for install partners
• Coordinate and execute field testing and feedback collection for new hardware and software
• Close cooperation with Customer Support and Field Services to deliver best-in-class Customer Support Experience

What We Look For
• Degree qualified or equivalent OR qualified/experienced electrician
• Several years working for a company developing and delivering products and system solutions
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems and data networks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
