Onsite Project Lead/ Foreman [Solar] | Syracuse/ Rochester, NY | Full-Time/ Permanent

A highly reputable Solar EPC is seeking a talented Onsite Project Lead/ Foreman with surveying experience for solar construction jobs.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee team of construction professionals on the completion of solar projects
• Survey and take measurements of sites prior to breaking ground
• Troubleshooting issues on panels, monitoring system, inverters and connections
• Logging all issues and solutions
• Interfacing with clients and maintaining a healthy relationship
• Maintaining tools in proper form

Requirements:
• Experience working on C&I or Utility scale solar projects
• Electrical journeyman license is preferred
• Solar site surveying experience
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel
• Solar construction knowledge
• Knowledge of NEC standards
