Solar Maintenance Technician

What to Expect:

Your responsibilities will include providing support services, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, performing equipment replacements, and participating in final inspections. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of solar and battery systems and their potential problems, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. We are looking for a highly skilled and professional PV systems expert with a proven track record of success in solving a wide range of PV and battery system issues. This position requires travel within a 100-mile radius of our main office.

About you
• Experienced with SolarEdge and Enphase PV systems
• LG Chem, SolarEdge, Tesla and/or Enphase battery experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working on solar systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience working on solar inverters and electrical panels
• Strong spatial and basic math skills
• Proficiency with online and mobile-based software tools
