In this role, you will learn all aspects of being successful and safe on solar projects. You will operate hand tools, including tape measures, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes. Additionally, you may operate machinery such as PD10, Skid Steer, and Excavator, and perform duties as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative. The job may require extended hours, with shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and overtime or work on weekends and holidays may be necessary. Responsibilities
• Learn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects
,
• Operate hand tools including tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes
,
• Provide various general labor duties in the field on Solar project sites
,
• May operate PD10, Skid Steer and/or Excavator
,
• May perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative
,
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
,
• Work extended hours, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hours; overtime and work on weekends and holidays may be required

Requirements
• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential
