The Opportunity

Mortenson is seeking experienced Solar Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the installation of solar projects by preparing, handling, and supplying materials to other craft. The base hourly compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 to $24.00.

Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts
• Solar panel install
• Rigging
• Racking assembly
• Torque tube assembly
• Pile layout
• General cleanup and clearing of debris
• Wire management
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Previous experience in solar (preferred)
• Experience in construction or other related experiences.
