Position Summary
We’re looking for Solar Installers to join our newest branch in Helena. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship. You’ll install residential solar systems alongside a crew, ensuring every job is done safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar panel systems
• Assemble racking systems and securely mount solar modules
• Assist with layout planning and site preparation
• Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of roof penetrations
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Work closely with electricians and crew leads to complete installations
• Provide professional, respectful service to homeowners

Qualifications
• 1+ years of construction, roofing, or solar installation experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of hand/power tools and job site safety
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
