About the Role

Sagebrush Energy is seeking experienced Solar Installers (Tier II or III) to take on greater responsibility in high-quality residential solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install solar panels, racking systems, wire runs, and inverters.

- Ensure code-compliant, aesthetically clean installations.

- Assist with layout planning and design adjustments.

- Lead roof team or electrical work depending on skillset.

- Train and support newer crew members on-site.

Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of residential solar or roofing/electrical experience.

- Solid understanding of solar installation tools and techniques.

- Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in various weather conditions.

- Team player with a focus on quality and safety.

- Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
