Solar Installer

Empower Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Solar Installer in Concord, NH. The role requires at least 6 months of residential solar installation experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work at heights. Full time with top pay and tremendous upside opportunity! We offer paid Company Trips to amazing destinations. i.e Maui, HI last year and Hard Rock, Punta Cana this year. We spend an average of $3k per person on these trips and anyone that has worked with the company for one (1) full year gets to bring a plus one; that’s $6k spent per employee with them and a plus one!!! (Most people bring their significant others).

Requirements
• Must be highly motivated
• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months experience of Residential Solar installation is required
• Personal means of reliable transportation to and from the meeting location
• Comfortable with Heights (Rooftop Solar Installation)
• Previous experience in roof work, general construction, or carpentry preferred.
• Work independently and as a team member with the other crew members and electricians
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Required
• A valid driver's license is Required

Duties
• Employees must conduct themselves in a professional respectful manner and maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Complete all required documentation, including pictures and reports, and upload them daily
• Complete system installation according to Plan Sets and in compliance with established industry code
• Maintain a safe work environment for the entire installation team (we follow OSHA regulations)

• Pay: $25-$35.00 per hour, dependent on experience, role, and amount of responsibility you may take on.
