What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:
• Perform daily solar roof installations and system commissioning.
• Install solar components like panels, cabling, racking, and conduits.
• Use easy-to-use mobile apps to manage job safety, installations, and commissioning.
• Work with an experienced team that values skill development and job satisfaction.
• Be part of a positive and supportive workplace.

What You Bring:
• Strong communication skills for working with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Respect for company property, vehicles, safety equipment, and your team.
• A reliable, team-oriented mindset and a desire to keep learning.
• A passion for delivering great customer service with a positive attitude.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Has a trade certificate (preferred, but not required).
• Is willing to upskill and adapt as needed.
