Solar Installation Technician

Eagle Point Solar is looking for a motivated Solar Installation Technician to join our team. Founded in 2010, Eagle Point Solar is dedicated to providing renewable solar energy solutions throughout Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. This position is full time, reporting to the Vice President of Construction located in the corporate office is Dubuque, Iowa.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Complete solar installation tasks under direction of a crew lead to deliver a best in class solar installation.
• Assemble all components of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Follow production schedules and complete tasks in allotted times.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Additional duties may be required as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Be comfortable using power tools, ladders and working on roofs.
• Be highly motivated to show up every day on time, ready to work, enthusiastic and ready to be part of our construction teams.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday.
• No fear of climbing or heights.
• Good driving record and insurable under the corporate fleet policy, CDL a plus.

Work Location:
• Eagle Point Solar corporate office in Dubuque, IA
• Daily work location may vary based on jobs in Iowa, Illinois or Wisconsin.
• Travel up to 50% of time

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
