Requirements
• 2 - 3 Years of Solar Installation Experience (or 3 - 5 years of roofing, electrical or HVAC experience).
• Valid Drivers License & ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to properly read blueprints and safely use all power tool equipment.
• Comfortable climbing on ladders and walking on roofs.
• Fluent in English (Bilingual is Preferred)

Responsibilities
• Verify all material needed to complete the job is on the truck.
• Effectively lead the team to install solar panels per blueprint and company standards.
• Complete all paperwork and take required photos.
• Keep truck and site neat, clean, and organized at all times.
