What You'll Do:
• Assist in the loading, unloading, and transport of solar materials
• Help prep and clean installation sites (rooftop & ground-mounted)
• Set up scaffolding, ladders, tools, and equipment safely
• Support senior technicians with mounting panels, wiring, and trenching
• Learn the basics of electrical wiring and solar system layouts
• Follow all OSHA safety practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Help maintain job site cleanliness and equipment readiness
• Work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Participate in training and career development opportunities

• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable working on rooftops and construction sites
