As a Crew Lead, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the installation of solar panels and related equipment, ensuring that all work is performed according to design plans and specifications. You will be responsible for mounting solar panels on rooftops or other structures, connecting wiring and electrical components, and performing tests and inspections to ensure the proper functioning and safety of solar systems. Additionally, you will diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar installations and make necessary repairs, assist with site surveys to determine the feasibility of solar systems, and train team members on installation processes and procedures. Safety is paramount, and you will ensure that your team adheres to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
