Summit Energy Group is seeking a Solar Guide for their sales team in Boston, MA. This long-term contractor position offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions. This is a long-term contractor (1099) position.
Pay: Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (our top performers earn $125K+!)
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
• Assess potential leads in designated sales regions and establish a steady stream of prospects to achieve sales targets.
• Efficiently guide prospects through the sales journey by providing exceptional consultative services and ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Keep sales and client databases up to date with the latest information.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements by participating in team gatherings and training sessions.
• Engage in negotiations with prospective and current clients to finalize sales agreements.
What is needed to be successful?
• Possess a valid and active Driver’s License along with dependable transportation.
• Demonstrated success in external sales roles is advantageous.
• Proficient in using computers and experienced with CRM software.
• Exhibit robust negotiating, planning, and consultative selling abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiencies.
• Superb organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Build rapport effectively with both potential and current clients through strong interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and adept time management skills to thrive in a dynamic setting.
