Solar Foreman (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical)

NCW is seeking experienced Solar Foremen (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) for large-scale solar energy projects in Union City, PA. Candidates should have 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of their trade. Responsibilities include overseeing site preparation, managing crews, and ensuring safety and quality standards. This is a contractor position with a salary range of $55–66 per hour.

We’re on the lookout for experienced and motivated Solar Foremen across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical trades to join our fast-growing team in delivering large-scale solar energy projects. Civil Foreman
• Oversee site prep, excavation, trenching, grading, and foundation works
• Manage crews for piling, concrete pouring, and road/access development
• Ensure safety, quality, and scheduling standards are met

Mechanical Foreman
• Supervise installation of racking systems, trackers, and PV modules
• Coordinate mechanical crews and daily tasks
• Ensure torqueing, alignment, and assembly meet engineering specs

Electrical Foreman
• Lead AC/DC cable routing, terminations, combiner boxes, and inverters
• Manage electrical QA/QC and testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with NEC and project electrical designs

What You Bring:
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in solar or construction projects
• Deep knowledge of your trade (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read plans, interpret schedules, and drive productivity
• OSHA 30 (preferred), valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel
