Solar Field Service Technician

Arrowhead Solar is seeking Field Service Technicians responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and generally maintaining our customer's solar systems. MVR report is required as part of the hiring process, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and generally maintaining our customer's solar systems. MVR report is required as part of the hiring process, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential solar systems and associated equipment.
• Interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level, ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Calibrate and coordinate equipment according to specifications.
• Provide complete documentation and reports upon each assigned job, uploaded into our CRM for attachment to customer file.
• Perform field service projects while maintaining safety standards at all times.
• Carry out on site both ground mount or roof cause analysis on system failures.
• Electronic monitoring set-up.
• Module cleaning.

Requirements
• Must have a clean driving record (MVR) and valid driver's license
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Flexibility to shifting priorities and changing environments
• Motivated, responsible, accountable and punctual
• Knowledge and ability to use basic hand and electrical tools
• Ability to work at heights and rooftops
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 70lbs
• Good communication and writing skills, use of standard work related PC programs/software
• Electrical experience required, solar or construction knowledge is preferred

Qualifications
• Valid Arkansas Journeyman license
• Experience maintaining and servicing solar systems (SolarEdge, Enphase, SMA, Locus, and other various remote monitoring systems)
• Experience maintaining and servicing solar inverts/micro-inverters (SMA, PowerOne, Fornius, Aurora, LG, Enphase)
