We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Solar Energy Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the energy transition for commercial and industrial clients across North America.

The ideal candidate will have technical acumen, a solutions-driven mindset, and a passion for solar energy. You will be responsible for conducting site assessments, energy modeling, and system sizing to align solutions with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client engagement and technical sales: Develop proposals, ROI analyses, and financial modeling for commercial and industrial clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external design and engineering teams to develop preliminary system layouts and optimize energy production.
• Stay current on solar incentives and utility policies, educating clients on solar economics, sustainability benefits, and energy resilience strategies.
• Support sales and business development by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify target markets and craft compelling value propositions.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams, evaluating project feasibility and developing customized solutions.
