Sun/Solar/Life LLC is seeking an Independent Solar Sales Manager in Katy, TX. This commission-based role involves leading a solar sales team, driving sales, and recruiting talent. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales, strong leadership skills, and be self-motivated. The position offers flexible scheduling, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. It requires in-person work with some travel and is structured as a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Independent Solar Sales Manager (1099 Independent Contractor)
Location: Houston, Texas and outlying areas - Territory-Based
Compensation: Commission-Based + Performance Bonuses + Recruiting Overrides

Your Responsibilities:
• Hire, Lead, train and manage a team of solar sales reps.
• Drive personal and team sales through direct outreach, networking, and customer presentations
• Recruit and train new talent
• Monitor KPIs and support team success with coaching and strategy

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in direct or solar sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Must be comfortable with commission-only compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Experience:
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Solar sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Door-to-door: 2 years (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)
