Shinnova Solar is looking for Outside Sales Reps based in St Louis, MO. You will work directly with our clients to create unique energy solutions for their needs. Responsibilities:
• Guide clients, your fellow community members, in their going solar journey
• Meet with clients in their homes through pre-set appointments
• Discuss clients' electrical usage, house and goals to determine the best way for them to go solar
• Describe the financial, environmental and security benefits of going solar
• Close clean deals! Get proposals and docs in order. Update the CRM.
• Be customer advocate throughout their solar journey from initial presentation through to installation
• Be Shinnova Solar Ambassador- get review, get referrals, get a radius of leads

Candidates Must:
• Have a valid state driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be available to work on evenings and weekends
• Have proficient computer skills
• 2 years of solar sales experience
• 1 year of in-home sales experience preferred
• While direct experience is preferred, it is not a necessity as we will train the right candidate!
