Skills
• Positive, energetic, and motivated attitude

• Close deals and sign contracts with clients

• Utilize company tools to qualify prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the team on sales targets and strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends through meetings and training events
• Submit sales reports and provide market insights to leadership

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (solar, home improvement, auto sales, or in-home sales preferred)
• Proven track record of sales success
• Confidence in public speaking and sales presentations
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
