What You’ll Actually Do:

This isn’t just setting appointments this is full-cycle sales. You’ll own the process from start to close.
• Engage homeowners face-to-face and build trust quickly.
• Educate them on how solar works, how it saves, and why Unity is the smart choice.
• Conduct basic site assessments and qualify the homeowner for solar installation.
• Present customized proposals and close the deal with support from our leadership team when needed.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM and follow up like a pro.
• Handle each deal like your name is on it because your income is.
