Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Programs Senior Project Manager to lead our team in implementing processes related to contracting for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Manage overall direction, execution, quality control, and completion of project deliverables
• Facilitate changes in requirements, documentation, processes, and systems
• Communicate project progress to management, clients, and utility partners
• Interact with customers, clients, utility partners, and external collaborators, including leading meetings and presentations
• Conduct robust data analysis
• Track industry trends and other market changes that impact DERs
• Organize and facilitate in-person meetings, conference calls, and facilitated collaboration sessions
• Conduct program status meetings, capture escalations, and resolve issues
• Supervise employees

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A technical bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years of work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
• Expert experience in Excel, with Python experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to conduct large collaborative facilitated sessions
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation
• Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and serve as the primary point of client contact for some projects
• Ability to work, push forward, and thrive juggling many activities and communications

Benefits:

The compensation package is commensurate with experience within the pay band of $92,000 - $125,000 annually. The package includes a generous retirement plan and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
