Ensite is seeking a Solar Energy Field Technician in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers flexible work through an app, allowing technicians to accept jobs based on availability. Responsibilities include conducting solar site surveys and inspections, gathering data, and ensuring quality control. Candidates should have basic tools, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Experience in solar or roofing is a plus but not required. Compensation is $85 to $130 per job.

JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for flexible work opportunities? Join our technician network at Ensite! Using the Ensite app, technicians can accept or decline work orders based on their personal availability. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the labor industry and demonstrate strong time management skills. Although experience in solar or roofing work is a plus, it is not a requirement. Each assignment will involve tasks such as Solar Site Surveys, Final Inspection Sitting, Permit Running, Roof Surveys, and similar jobs, all managed through the Ensite app or other photo and data capture platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Choose to accept or decline job assignments on the Ensite app.
• Arrive within the designated time frame for accepted jobs.
• Gather required photos and data for each job by adhering to in-app prompts.
• Deliver excellent customer service to on-site contacts.
• Ensure all projects meet quality control standards before leaving job sites.

REQUIREMENTS
• Ownership of basic hand tools and a ladder (tools not provided).
• A valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites (vehicle not provided).
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency.
• Strong time management skills and dependable work ethic.
• Capability to safely access and navigate rooftops and attic spaces.
• Ability to safely remove covers from electrical equipment.

COMPENSATION

Each assignment is eligible for payment upon passing a quality control check. Typical pay ranges from $85 to $130 per job.
