The Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Energy Consultant to join our Boston-area team. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with local, on-the-ground engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy, familiarity with the solar industry, and experience in both solar sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Self generate B2C leads through outreach, networking, and innovative strategies.
• Build and present customized solar system quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Foster relationships with homeowners and small businesses in the Boston area.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify growth opportunities and expand our local market presence.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the latest solar technologies to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Fast turnaround and rapid response time to all clients, including inbound leads and customer inquiries.

• Proven experience in solar sales and knowledge of the solar industry.
• Proficiency in creating and presenting solar system proposals.
• A track record of generating leads and closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
