ATX Solar is seeking motivated sales professionals for a Solar Energy Consultant position in Austin, TX. This 100% commission-based role involves lead generation through door-to-door canvassing and virtual appointments. Candidates should have at least one year of solar sales experience. Job Description

This is a 100% commission contracted 1099 sales position with opportunities to grow into territory and regional management (fast-tracked W2 + benefits package available for high-performing quick-starters).

Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset required.

Supplemental leads provided for proven candidates.

The primary responsibility for this position will be lead generation via door-to-door canvassing, conducting in-home and virtual appointments, and (for the right candidate) closing company provided leads . This is a performance-based opportunity with high earning potential and uncapped commissions. We provide the software, sales support, HR / Payroll , and back office to support your sales.
