Job Description

Sunder Energy is seeking a Solar Energy Advisor in Simi Valley, CA, to educate homeowners on solar solutions and guide them through the sales process. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, conducting needs assessments, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about industry trends. Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Sunder Energy, you will play a pivotal role in guiding homeowners through the solar sales process. Located in an area where you can connect with clients, you will contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers to educate them about solar energy solutions and benefits.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor solar offerings to individual homeowner requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Present and demonstrate solar products effectively to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance sales efforts.
• Manage customer accounts and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to improve service delivery.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
• Strong business development skills with a focus on customer education and relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of solar products and convey them clearly to customers.
• Experience in account management or B2B sales is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
