Solar Electrician - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Staffing is hiring a licensed Journeyman Solar Electrician/Lead for projects in NE Iowa, specifically Charles City. The job involves leading a team, project preparation, and solar/electrical work. Candidates must have an Iowa Electrical Journeyman License, 4+ years of electrician experience, and preferably 1+ year of solar installation experience. The position offers $35/hour plus $85 per diem for 6-9 months, with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Trillium Construction is now hiring a licensed Journeyman Solar Electrician/Lead for numerous projects in NE Iowa, Charles City and surrounding areas!

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 hour shifts. Work will last for 6-9 months possibly temp to hire for right candidate. Pay: $35 an hour plus. Per diem $85/7 days Candidates are needed for working residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural electrical projects.

Duties:

-Lead & Mentor – Lead and guide a team of 2-3 apprentices/solar technicians

-Project Prep & Execution – Assist in job pre-planning, manage materials, and ensure projects run smoothly

-Solar & Electrical Work – Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including solar energy solutions

-Willingness to pass a drug screen, and background check

-Have basic hand tools for trade and wear basic PPE
