Solar Developer Project Manager Intern (Summer 2025)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to support our renewable energy Project Delivery team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management, renewable energy development, and sustainable solutions. This internship requires candidates to be based in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution for solar energy projects.
• Assist with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Perform site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solar projects.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Analyze project data to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.

Qualifications
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
