Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical or Renewable Energy/Solar Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in engineering principles and demonstrate proficiency in various technical tools including Helioscope, Energy toolbase and methodologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet project requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Duties
• Design and develop engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Create and analyze schematics to support project development and implementation.
• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and designing engineering plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct systems engineering tasks, integrating mechanical and electrical components into cohesive systems.
• Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to build prototypes, conduct testing, and refine designs based on feedback.
• Apply GIS technology for spatial analysis and data visualization as needed in project development.
• Engage in project management activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.

Skills
• Proficiency in Helioscope and Energy Toolbase
• Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to apply principles of electrical engineering effectively.
• Experience with electrical engineering concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee project lifecycles efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
