Ambia Energy, LLC is hiring a Solar Crew Lead in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves leading a team in solar panel installations, ensuring safety and quality standards. Duties:
• Lead and supervise a team of installers during solar panel installations.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Install required labels on solar system components and hardware according to specifications.
• Collaborate with leadership to guarantee all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in the residential solar industry is required.
• Proficiency in working with various residential solar products including inverters and modules.
• Possession of OSHA 10 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
