About This Role
• Participate in training and team meetings: Enhance your industry knowledge and earning potential through team building and mentorship.
• Represent eNysus Power with professionalism, increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert in solar energy solutions.
• Deliver an outstanding and high-quality customer experience in all interactions.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Engage in ongoing training to refine skills and develop leadership abilities.
• Responsibilities may range from qualifying potential customers to closing contracts through an in-home sales process, depending on experience and team needs.
• Manage customer accounts proactively to provide exceptional service.
• This role involves direct, face-to-face sales through door-to-door outreach.
• Fast track to leadership or management roll.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a solid work ethic.
• Coachable and self-motivated.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly resourceful and able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries is a plus:
• Home security sales
• Satellite TV sales
• Pest control sales
• Smart home/automation sales
• Direct sales
• Lead generation or sales management
• Real estate

Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
