Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the cost-saving advantages of switching to solar power
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology

Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar sales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy systems
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions
- Leadership abilities to drive sales initiatives and motivate team members
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus for engaging multilingual customers

Pay: $129,067.00 - $151,105.00 per year
