Freedom Forever (Solar Pros) is hiring a Solar Consultant in Sullivan's Island, SC. The role involves educating customers on solar solutions, conducting energy assessments, and guiding sales processes. Key responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, using Salesforce for lead management, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, conducting assessments of their energy needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Your expertise in solar sales and customer service will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy solutions while helping customers save on their energy costs.

Duties
• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach and community events to promote solar energy solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer properties to determine suitability for solar installation.
• Provide detailed information about solar products, services, and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Appointments are offered to top performing consultants.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in solar sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in door-to-door sales or direct marketing is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $144,842.00 - $285,465.00 per year
