Role: Residential Solar Sales Consultant

Position Overview: Earthlight Technologies is looking to add a Residential Solar Sales Consultant to join our CT sales team. The Residential Solar Sales Consultant will drive Earthlight’s monthly sales performance, work to acquire new customers, and maximize the customer experience. Successful candidates will have outstanding sales & communication skills, a positive attitude, be passionate for customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Business to Consumer Outside Sales

- Prospecting for potential leads to generate a pipeline

- Site visits, presentations, and follow-up

- Maintaining sales process and communication through CRM

- Gathering referrals from clients

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum of 2-years sales experience

- Ability to self-generate leads

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent computer skills including Office and CRM such as Salesforce

- Willingness to invest time and hard work to be a part of a leading company in a growing industry

- Passion and drive to succeed

- Flexibility to work evening and Saturday appointments

Compensation: $100,000 – $300,000+ (commission only, uncapped earning potential)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
